Slow / Recovery Run
Held on Monday evenings our social runs are run at the speed of the slowest runner, faster runners are encouraged to make regular loop-backs to the group keeping the run social.

Muddy Runners was born from beginner courses providing an entry to running fitness and a healthier lifestyle, we believe the social aspect of our club to be inclusive to beginners through to ultra runners is what makes us unique.
