Personalised Training Sessions

Our one-to-one sessions are the ideal way to get your training started and to keep it on the right track.

 

Whether you are a complete beginner looking to take your first steps into running or you have taken those first steps but you lost your motivation.  If you want to improve your overall fitness; if you’ve set yourself a goal for an event to raise money for a local charity or you just want to discover your running confidence before your join a group session these one to one sessions are ideal for you.

 

How It Works:

Contact with us via our enquiry form below.

 

We will then contact you back and arrange a meeting with one of our coaches to discuss your running history, current status, and talk through your running goals and aspirations.

 

 

The first session will be a gentle session to establish exactly where you are so, that our coaches can create a plan for you going forward.

 

 

Each session thereafter will be highly individualised, planned and structured according to your needs. A typical session will usually include one or more of technical analysis and review, strength and conditioning work, running drills, warm-ups, cool-downs, flexibility and stretching, mini-sessions, and lots of expert tips and advice to take away and put into practice at home.

 

With 1-2-1 coaching you get:

  • An hour-long individualised training session with one of our coaches, who are qualified UK Athletics Coach in running fitness.

  • Expert analysis and advice on technique, drills, training and strength & conditioning.

  • A session structure suited to your needs in a location suited to that session.

  • Post-session summaries with weekly "homework" suggestions to fit into your lifestyle.

 

 

Who’s it with:

Our coaches have experience in taking ladies and gents from couch to 5km and beyond.

 

Post-session:

After the session we'll send you a summary of what we covered and a suggestion of a session to complete on your own.

The 1:1 sessions are £35 per hour, if you book a 6wk block you get 5% discount.  If you book a 10wk block you get 10% discount.  This is payable directly to Muddy Runners prior to each individual session or before the course starts.
