All of us here at the Muddy Runners are delighted to support the return of the Harewood forest run.
Due to the pandemic, this much loved and popular local trail running race has been missing from runner's calendars for two years, in 2022 you get to experience the beauty of harewood forest again, we hope the bluebells put on a good show.
The Harewood Forest run is an annual event held each spring in the beautiful setting of the Harewood Forest, in the heart of the Test Valley. All proceeds from the event go towards the Wherwell School PTA and Wherwell Playing Fields Association, home to Shooters Youth Football Club and Whewell Cricket Club.
The routes are undulating and hilly, with a mixture of trail, tarmac, dirt and single tracks. You will cross fields and pass through the forest, we hope you will be treated to a stunning carpet of bluebells. These routes are challenging but beautiful and extremerly rewarding to your efforts.
