Our next beginners course starts in September 2023!
Starting with an introductory zoom session on Wednesday 13th September, the course then follows a run/walk programme over the next 10 weeks, from 7-8pm each Wednesday evening. This course is ideal for complete beginners, those returning from injury, or those seeking confidence and company to get back into running. We only run when you are ready, and at the end of the 10 week practical sessions the aim will be to be able to run without stopping for 30 minutes.
