It's back! We are pleased to announce that our beginners ten week course will commence on 12th January 2022, starting at week zero with a virtual 'Meet the Team' session, followed by 10 run/walk sessions.
The beginners course is designed for people who have never run before or who are returning to running after years away from the sport. We will start with walking and only begin running when you feel ready. This walk/run approach will continue throughout the ten weeks until by the end, you should be able to run/walk 5km or for 30 mins without stopping.
The sessions will be run in small groups and subject to government guidance at the time. In the event of any drastic changes to this guidance, we will push the start date back to an appropriate date. Places are limited so sign up now to avoid disappointment!
